Here lies the cavern of the soul, with a thousand and one grape varieties and a thousand and one virtues! Fresh and delicious! This is what awaits wine lovers, collectors and the simply curious. Freshness, indulgence and much more. Because our cellar dinners are much more than a simple introduction to wine against a backdrop of Corsican cheese and charcuterie. They're a convivial interlude shared with family and friends. Moments during which we discover the island's vineyards and, through them, the work of local winemakers and producers. We play with aromas, flavors and textures. You'll note down your impressions, which you'll keep in your memory or take home in your tasting notebook.
